Techni’Sens, an institute specializing in consumer science, marketing research and sensory analysis.
We support companies, mainly in the consumer goods sector (agri-food, cosmetics, petfood/petcare, etc.), to help them create and improve their products.

The Tentamus Group is an international laboratory company specializing in safety and quality services for various sectors. Founded in 2011, the company has more than 90 laboratories and affiliated companies around the world.
Tentamus Group laboratories offer a full range of testing, consulting and labeling assistance services for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic nutraceutical, agricultural and environmental industries. They carry out chemical, physico-chemical, microbiological and mechanical tests to guarantee the safety and quality of the products.

Our quality process
Quality
Techni’Sens meets the quality and competence requirements for test, standardization, and analysis laboratories, in accordance with the NF en ISO/CEI 17025 standard.
All tests carried out at the institute and at home are based and lodged on AFNOR normative documents. They also follow the provisions of the ACTIA.
In order to take the process further, and in line with their ongoing improvement, Techni’Sens implemented in early 2019 a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO 9001 version 2015 standard. The purpose of this approach is:
